Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic, close to all the important spots and very convenient. The rooms are in good condition with a great shower and two single beds, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. On the downside, the dining options are limited, but the French toasts were a delicious treat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, very close to Santa Maria Novella train station making it super convenient. The rooms were clean and the shower was great, but having two single beds was not ideal. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience with croissants was delightful. Price-wise, it offered great value for money.
